These are very similar to our other mirkwood vambraces, but made out of a lighter weight leather for clothing/light protection instead of rigid bridle leather.
You have the option of 4-5 ounce bison leather in4 different colors, or 4-5 ounce oiltan cowhide in several more colors.
These will not offer the same protection that our other mirkwood vambraces offer; but they are infinitely more comfortable and perfectly suitable for LARP or cosplay.
The default style of these vambraces will extend over the hand a bit, it you'd like the style with cutouts for the wrist to move better, feel free to let me know when ordering.
Instead of straps and buckles, these versions use lace hooks and paracord, making them very easy to put on and take off, an the lace closure gives a much more precise and even pressure, making them fit perfectly after a simple adjustment.
If you would like leather lace instead of paracord, let me know when ordering and I will swap it out for you at no extra charge.
*please include measurements of the circumference of your wrist, forearm, and forearm length from wrist to elbow when ordering to ensure proper fit. If no measurements are given, you will receive a (one size fits most) pair.

Why so expensive?
Our items are all made by hand. We do not mass produce anything, and every item has been designed, tested, and created by us. A lot of time and effort has gone into every item we offer, and we do our best to make sure that everything that leaves our shop lives up to our standards and hopefully yours.
Can you make a sheath for a knife other than the ones offered here?
We only offer a few different sheath options, but we operate out of a large brick & mortar cutlery store, so there's a chance we have the knife you're looking for. Contact us to set up a custom order.
Do your holsters meet IDPA regulations?
All of our belt holsters meet IDPA regulations, but our shoulder holsters do not.
Are your leather sheaths lined with Kydex?
To put in bluntly, if your leather sheath does what it's supposed to do, you shouldn't need to put a different sheath inside of it. Our leather sheaths function very well being made out of leather, and our kydex sheaths work very well without a leather lining.
Does the knife come with the sheath?
No. Each item is for the sheath/scabbard/holster itself, no knives, swords, or guns are included with any purchase.

The bracers are comfortable and feel good to wear. The leather is very supple. They cover the entire forearm and come over the hands slightly, as described. If you want them shorter, could just give shorter measurements. They are just slightly wide on my wrists even when tightened fully, I would recommend giving a slightly smaller measurement for your wrist/arm width so you have room to work with on the laces, as these would fit even on a much wider arm.

These arrived a couple of hours after my last message. They fit my grandson perfectly, beautifully and confotably. The metal loops make it so easy to cinch without help.
