This is a leather sleeve for keeping your balisong (and you) safe while it's in your pocket.
Each standard sleeve is made of 3-4 ounce napa cowhide, or 2-3 ounce crocodile patterned veg tan cowhide. Our natural, crocodile patterned and Herman Oak leathers are a bit less supple than the napa leathers, so we use a 2-3 ounce leather instead of 4-5 ounce to keep them pliable. This does not effect the strength or longevity of the slip.
You also have the option of higher end leathers including Hermann Oak bridle leather, Horween Chromexel, and Horween Dublin
Currently, the options for stitching colors are: Black, Brown, White, Hot Pink, Light Pink, Yellow, Green, Red, Blue, Orange, Purple, and Gray.
The sleeve is built to fit the Benchmade 42,62,63,67, 51, but will fit most similarly sized knives.

Why so expensive?
Our items are all made by hand. We do not mass produce anything, and every item has been designed, tested, and created by us. A lot of time and effort has gone into every item we offer, and we do our best to make sure that everything that leaves our shop lives up to our standards and hopefully yours.
Can you make a sheath for a knife other than the ones offered here?
We only offer a few different sheath options, but we operate out of a large brick & mortar cutlery store, so there's a chance we have the knife you're looking for. Contact us to set up a custom order.
Do your holsters meet IDPA regulations?
All of our belt holsters meet IDPA regulations, but our shoulder holsters do not.
Are your leather sheaths lined with Kydex?
To put in bluntly, if your leather sheath does what it's supposed to do, you shouldn't need to put a different sheath inside of it. Our leather sheaths function very well being made out of leather, and our kydex sheaths work very well without a leather lining.
Does the knife come with the sheath?
No. Each item is for the sheath/scabbard/holster itself, no knives, swords, or guns are included with any purchase.

Ordered a light brown leather slip with a dark green stitch for my Squid Industries Kraken. It came out beautifully, with the leather being a warm brown that will comfortably settle with age, and the dark green stitching not being too stand-out, it looks rather timeless. Though it seems this stitch will last fine, in future options I’d like to see a double stitch, but I do not foresee any problems with the single stitch. Wonderful craftsmanship, I’m sure this won’t be my last purchase! The leather doesnt scar up crazy, though it will get marked up by your car keys and such. I have gone around with it in pretty much every pocket of my pants and jackets and its quite comfortable. Its not too bulky with the balisong inside it, and the balisong does not slip out of it unintentionally. Could not be happier with this!

Love this, I have a pretty extensive collection of balisongs and can confirm this fits for Benchmade 62 and 51, Atropos Demon, Glider Arctic, Kershaw Lucha and everything Squid Industries plus many more. The leather looks amazing, the stitching is superb, fast shipping, there is nothing I can put my finger on with this item or order, definitely not the last time I order from here.
